2.My favorite topic was the Recruiting Strategy and Hiring Process and Compensation Strategy units. It helped me understand everything that goes into these HR responsibilities. In regards to recruiting, understanding the KSA’s was beneficial for me. Last week I was able to rewrite some of the job postings using things I learned in class.
