Let’s talk about customer satisfaction this week. What does consumer satisfaction mean in your industry? What does it take to satisfy consumers?
Does your company care about consumer satisfaction? Do they have a consumer satisfaction goal? If so, what is it? (How do they define it?)
At your company, how do you know if consumers are satisfied? Is satisfaction measured? If so, how and when? Do you believe that is a good way to determine customer satisfaction? If satisfaction is not measured, how would you suggest your company measure it? Be specific. Give a suggestion so specific that your boss could implement it today.
