microbiology help 3

I need help with microbiology case study. First I have to answer the questions in the document and then make a video presentation about my case study ( Explained in the document)

I have already found the answers online and I uploaded it here , but the answers in more details so I need to shorter the answers.

Do not forget please to write the notes for the presentation so I can read them directly from the paper while presenting

for the notes, ((In the discussions tab, make a short video of yourself (5-10 minutes). Give a brief intro to the case study (describe the patient and relevant symptoms). Review the answers to the questions in your video, and give your feedback on the study.)))
