FY 09 to 10) • Community involvement (general description of what they do for the community with one example) • Awards/accolades during the semester the company has received, if any – could be local, could be from their industry or trade groups • Analysts names/firms • Date of earnings call (during semester or for the quarter we are studying) and who was present on call – if no earnings call, report date the stopped and why • Brand mark: Tagline and logo (and if there are examples of earlier logo’s or they have changed during the years, show a couple of the older ones). • Number of employees (full time) • Management team (listed on the SEC filings and in the annual report) • Year founded (and how many years they have been in business) • Year they went public and how many years public • Describe “core business” and product, service lines • Mission Statement • Vision Statement and Values Statement (if they have one) • Governance/Code of Conduct highlights • Corporate compliance/governance officer • Issues/articles in popular press, such as IBJ, WSJ, Inside Indiana Business SWOT Analysis: Strengths as you see them, Weaknesses as you see them, Opportunities as you see them, Threats as you see them • Stock graph (updated for the semester and thru Nov. 30) • Insider trading that has occurred during the semester (of significance), you do not need to list every single disclosure, just provide some insight into anything significant.
