Finally, view the video. You will need to find 1 or 2 additional source for your assignment.
The assignment can be sub-divided into four parts.
- First, based on the literature you have read provide a summary of the major aspects of the theory.
- Second, provide an example in your own life (athletic if possible but not necessary) in which you experienced the flow state (Make sure you provide enough information so that it is understandable to the reader.).
- Third, critique the theory; that is, what are the strengths and weaknesses especially as it applies to sport psychology.
- Fourth, what is your conclusion concerning the merits of the theory?
