Mission Statement Assignment

Locate your own organization’s strategic plan (or the strategic plan for the organization that you will analyze). Review the plan and identify the goals of the organization. Using your knowledge so far in the course, create a new mission and vision statement for the organization with these strategic goals in mind. These should encompass facets of directional strategies and the internal environment analysis described in the text. Please reference the strategic plan you are utilizing for this assignment. Create a Power Point presentation with voice over audio that presents the new mission and vision statement with supportive content.  This should be a presentation that could be presented to senior executives. This assignment should be 12-14 slides with approximately 10 minutes in audio.
