|
EXAMPLE: After reading the article, in
100-150 words, summarize
your findings regarding the importance of making sound ethical decisions for
business entities.
|
|
Example answer: I learned that that as a manager, ethical
business practices are an integral part of running a business and hence
ethical values accompany business by default. I learned that without
following certain ideals in business, I cannot become successful. Success
that is attained without a foundation of strong ethics is bound to be
short-lived. Needless to say, a business cannot continue to prosper without
an ethical base. I mean think about it, having a few business successes can
be coincidences or flukes but persistent business success can only be a
result of a strong foundation of ethical business practices. I am now aware
that ethical business practices have become more complicated because of the financial,
global and diversified nature of many large corporations and because of the
complexity of our social, economic, global, natural, political, legal
obligations.
