Purpose of the Synergy Model is to describe nurses’ contributions, activities’ and outcomes related to caring for critically ill patients. The Model is intended to be a conceptual framework for designing practice and competencies. It is very commonly used in the ER as well as Intensive Care Units. In the paper, the synergy model will be applied to 4 aspects of the theory. (nursing, person, environment, and health) make sure the majority of the paper is focused on these 4 headlines, do not write more than 1 to 1.5 paragraphs on the rest of the headings.
