Ingredient–egg

In the “One Ingredient Project” proposal, students will research the scientific literature and write
an experiment design to investigate a particular chemical property of their ingredient. After receiving
feedback from the professor, students will review their proposal and proceed to perform the experiment
and prepare the display board.

Suppose that you are a food scientist that wants to investigate the chemical properties of
one food ingredient. I will like you to write proposal a cooking experiment using your one ingredient.
First, you should expend some time researching about the most relevant scientific and non-scientific
facts about your ingredient. Then, propose an experiment to answer one question about the ingredient.
The literature research will help you to generate informed ideas for the experiment design.
