organization design rewards and people

This is part 3 of an ongoing assignment where we created an organization and made choices based on the STAR model for organization design. This is for reward practices and people practices. I will attach the first two papers so you can see my other decisions regarding my fictional organization. They should go together because at the end its one big paper when combined.

This is APA format, but is only required to be 2 pages double spaced.
