Please do not rely too heavily on the material from the articles. My last assignment got a lower than normal grade because the time wasn’t taken to paraphrase the information into own words to demonstrate true understanding and application of the assignment objectives. I’ve noticed this a lot so it’s best to cite each only once and paraphrase. Even after I went over the paper and ran it through a plagiarism checker. This is a short discussion, 250-300 words.

While there are many factors driving the pace of organizational change today, there are four (4) factors that stand out; globalization, technological changes, the rise of the knowledge worker, and the importance of cross-functional collaboration within organizations.

Bearing in mind that change is now the new normal, what must organizations do to effectively manage the rapidly changing internal and external environments within which they conduct business?
