Organizational Problem or Opportunity
The Executive Summary acts as both an introduction to your research paper and a brief overview of its contents. The intent is to leave readers with a preliminary understanding of your research topic, problem statement, research questions, and recommendations for moving forward. Your Executive Summary should include:
- an outline of the organizational problem or opportunity being investigated.
- a summary of the background and argument surrounding your issue.
- an overview of your recommendations for your organization.
Problem Statement:
Most of the organizations are moving to devops concept or agile methodology, should the methodology or the concept be chosen based on the nature of the project or should the organization implement all the projects and programs under the chosen methodology.
Your well-written Executive Summary must be 1-2 pages total in length, in addition to title, table of contents, and reference pages. The paper should be formatted according to the APA requirements. You must cite at least six scholarly references.
