Strategic Capabilities and Strategic Personnel
Our executives understand that these personnel are what creates customers and grows our economic value. (1) Although these positions are mostly at the bottom of our organizational chart, these personnel are responsible for developing, selling, delivering, and utilizing the world-class products our physicians want for their patients. Each of these positions has a critical role in bringing that value to our customers.

I do believe that our top managers understand the connection between strategic capabilities and strategic positions. Each area and set of managers is in constant communication to ensure that the company vision and what is best for our customers are on the forefront of our choices. There are times I am sure the communication can be a bit stronger, but I think overall our system is in sync.
