As we discuss this project will be as epidemiology case study that present how wastewater treatment plants workers exposure to diseases in these environment which affect personal health and performance.

It should consist:

Safety side, Performance and cost side, change management side (dangerous of dealing with wastewater) which including no body apply for the safety instructions, HR side which affect the health insurance and workers leave and the big question is there an engineering solution for the problem?

I will do a small case study on 300 workers on my company who works in the plants and I will send you the data based on the epidemiology perspective cohort study later. ( in 3 days).
