Class: Yes, all employees should use strategic thinking in their jobs. To not use strategic thinking is to just react instead of being proactive. Then the situation controls the employees instead of the employees controlling the situation.

Part of strategic thinking is to analyze all the outcomes of any action and even to think about the outcomes of inaction. That is what helps lead to the best decisions for any situation.

What are your thoughts on this?
