Progress Report I:

  • Review this document in its entirety. Then, construct an outline of the tasks that will need to be completed for this project.
  • Prepare a 350-word minimum report (excluding title page and references) that includes the following deliverable: A business case.
  • In addition to course materials, research industry related journal and periodical articles written in the last five years in Deets Library.
  • Submit the progress report assignment by Sunday evening.

NOTE: You will not actually DO the project, but you will do the PM administrative part of your project. For example, if your project is to redo your company’s web site and all its content pages, you will create task lists, schedule tasks, cost them out, plan for Quality Audit (QA), etc. You will not actually redo the web site. You will need to make up some data (such as, it will take QA 5 days to review the new web pages and check all links).
