Project Plan Development Memo

Select a project that lends itself to Agile PM/Scrum methods.

Note: You will use this project throughout the remainder of the course.

Prepare a 700- to 1,050-word memo to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) detailing your project, and include the following:

• Initial statement of scope
• Identify users
• Describe the project requirements gathering process you will use, and explain how you will incorporate user stories to create your product features
• Detail the product features as currently identified

Create an initial set of estimates, and describe expected velocity for your project.

Provide a reference page that includes at least three APA formatted references in support of your ideas.
