Provide a critical discussion of the potential advantages and disadvantages of this type of policy, as well as any relevant empirical evidence on its effectiveness. Each essay must: – Be between 1?350 and 1,500 words long, excluding references. – Contain references to at least 4 sources; at least 2 of these must be academic papers. – Be submitted via Moodle by the deadlines indicated below for each essay.
