PSY 338 Industrial and Organizational Psychology
- Find a recent (within the past five years) article from a newspaper, magazine, or trade publication, outlining a court case involving an organization.
- Write a summary of the case itself, including the events leading up to it and the outcome (if an outcome has occurred).
- Make your summary at least ¾ page (if you can’t get ¾ page, choose something else or do further research on the same case).
- Next, outline which APA ethical principles are involved and what the APA ethical code would mandate for a psychologist involved in the case (on the side of the defendant). Make this part an additional ¾ page at the least. Make your submission at least 1 ½ to 2 pages total, typed, double spaced and in 12-point Times New Roman font. Include a title page and reference page, both in APA format (as the entire submission should be).
