Centered TITLE that refers to your work and your thesis
Second section First, expansion of THESIS using quotes from Shaffrey, Cliodhna. What is Public Art? Dublin, Ireland: Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), 2010. http://www.imma.ie/en/downloads/publicart.pdf AND this source is ON Blackboard. Locate two quotes about works like YOURS. You MUST footnote in this section. See instructions on how to introduce sources and cite footnotes on pages 8 and 9 of this syllabus. Then, from research, using ONLY the sources in your bibliography provide basic information on the artist and the work, the placement of the work, who commissioned the work or placed the work and their history, and any controversies. Tell me what it is all about. You must use EACH source at least TWICE. You MUST footnote in this section. See instructions on how to introduce sources and cite footnotes on pages 8 and 9 of this syllabus.
Third section. Tell me how others respond to the work. I want you provide great responses from 5 people that support or oppose your thesis, and incorporate their responses into your paper. They can be from family or roommates or others. To get the great responses you will email or show them an image of your artwork then question them about YOUR thesis of the work. No general responses will be included and if included will not be considered or count. Do not footnote the responses or put them in the bibliography. Followed by the approved and corrected BIBLIOGRAPHY.
Followed by the properly labeled ILLUSTRATION of the work shot by you – 1C. Labeled – Fig. 1: Artist, Title, installation date (if temporary, end date), Media, Size in Feet (Estimate if no published size provided in research.), Location.
Put your Description and Thesis at the top. This should be the corrected version with nothing else added or taken away or rearranged. Put the research and Interviews in the center. Put your Bibliography at the end. Again, no added or removed sources. Put your correctly labeled illustration below that.
