Hello, I would need a 2 page paper on the following, with using the article below:
It is very helpful to understand the company you work for and how they affect change or compete. Each organization, whether for-profit or nonprofit, serves customers and interacts with other organizations. The more we understand about those interactions, the more we can affect them or support them.
Understanding our competitors is important as well. It may point out areas we can improve in or highlight areas we have competitive strength. Trade shows and industry publications are good ways to start gaining information.
Many accounting firms publish outlooks on certain sectors and industries. These can be good places to get benchmarking information. Also, sometimes businesses in the same industry in different markets/geographic areas will share information with other businesses they do not feel are a competitive concern to help them in benchmarking as well.
