Course Project PowerPoint Presentation
One of the issues you have discovered in your time as the new general
manager is that no one in the company seems to understand how reimbursements
work, particularly from the Medicare/Medicaid system. Research your home
state’s process or a state of your choosing, and create a PowerPoint for
training that explains the basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support
(ALS) reimbursements schedule. If there is additional information available
about non-medical transports, include that as well.
Your PowerPoint should be at least six slides in length. You are required to
use at least two references, one of which may be the textbook, and the other
from a peer-reviewed, academic, or government publication. You are expected to
use correct APA style formatting for references and citations. The title and
reference slides do not count toward the minimum length requirement.
