1. write a feasibility study Proposal to help Ted-Ex Inc. select the best property to build a new distribution center in the Mobile, AL area.

Introduction (what will you do) and Background (what info from Ted-Ex do you have).

What CE-related site characteristics will you evaluate?

How will you evaluate each site characteristic?

How long will each task (site evaluation characteristic evaluation) take to complete?

How much will it cost to perform this Feasibility Study….to recommend the best property to the client (Ted-Ex).

note: now we doing just the proposal. After it get accepted I will do another post to do the feasibility study.
