Using the internet obtain the most recent annual reports and the company’s Form 10-Kfor three
publicly traded companies who show evidence of significant merger and acquisition activities over the past 5 years and write a minimum of one page (double spaced) written report on each company.
Your report must include at a minimum the following:
1.
Information about the merger/acquisition
activity.
2.
Cost of the company’s merger/acquisition and how
the cost was allocated.
3.
The business strategy motivation for the
merger/acquisition.
4.
Any information that was included in the
company’s Form 10-K that was not available in the company’s annual report.
All work should be in MS word and or MS excel format.
