Research Paper on How Memories are Made

This is a high school research paper on the brain and memories. It is for ENGLISH class so please do not use fancy science words.

The essay has to be 1800-2400 words, have a clear introduction, body, and conclusion, and use BOTH PRINT AND ONLINE sources. I have attached the full rubric below.

I have also attached the recommended thesis and outline below.

Thesis:

“Memories allow us to treasure
certain experiences in our lives; and therefore, are essential to living a
valuable and enriching life. The science behind memories has given insight to
curing the diseases that rob some individuals of the chance to live these types
of lives.”

I have also attached the article which I planned to model my essay after. The essay I was going to model is on pages 4-6.
