Can you please provide and response to this post below. 100 words is the min. Thank youI
use to avoid conflict as much as possible because I looked at conflict
in a bad way. If there was conflict I take it on head on in a way that
doesn’t seem offensive to the other person. I feel that I sometimes go
about approaching situations the wrong way because I sometimes feel
strongly about something which causes me to put allot of my emotions
into it and sometimes it causes a blow up if the other person feels
strongly about something. I feel its all about your approach to
conflict.
