Group 4 is my work. Please modify the article base on the comments(open the group 4 files, you can see the comments on right side). Then you are to include the analyses, issue identification, and solutions from past assignments, plus add Kotter’s 8-step checklist. There is a video lecture that will help you with Kotter’s checklist. Please foucus on
- The political coalition that will need to be assembled (Specific titles)
- How you will gain support for change
- Evaluation plan
- How will you evaluate if the change is successful? What are the measures?
4 pages eassy and 4 pages formula. Total 8 pages. I had Appendix A,B and C before. The fourth Appendix is Kotter’s 8-step checklist. I mean you need add otter’s 8-step checklist on my paper as Appendix D, and one more page analysis.
