Using the “salary resources” listed above, research average salaries ranges for at least 2 short-term positions and 2 long-term positions.  In your analysis you should include the following:

·       Name of the positions

·       Location of the positions

·       Breakdown of “total compensation” (i.e. base salary vs. variable pay/incentives)

Second, comment on any insights gained from this analysis, including whether the salary levels are aligned with your projected compensation expectations.  Finally, respond to the posting of a minimum of two of your colleagues.
