Social media and how it affects the workplace environment?

I have concluded two main topics based on my question.

1: Creates distractions: If employees use social media while on the job, they could become less attentive to their responsibilities.

2: Can jeopardise employees’ positions: If employees are not cautious with what they share on the internet, they are at high risk of termination, due to unprofessional posts.

This is my final project in this term, it is very very important, and the following requirements that I give you are must followed by you. Thank you very much.

(1): I have listed the main topics, so please you should extend your ideas and thoughts based on my topics. And should be two and half to three pages.

(2): You only can take the google scholar as the source. If any other sources are used mean plagiarise.

(3): Each topic should has one or two reference, and the second topic should include an example that has high connection with this topic.

(4): This course is organisational behaviour, so just focus on the organisation, don’t talk about other field issues,such as marketing.

(5): Please Please Please must use the APA format, include the reference.
