Where does your organization/department stand currently with regard to economic sustainability?

1. Does your organization have a balanced focus economically? By this I mean, is it to obtain profits at all costs, or is there consideration for being “good corporate citizens” by supporting causes? What evidence can you cite that supports your statements.
2. Are there weaknesses in your organization that need attention?
3. What is your organization doing to maintain and grow its business? How does it focus on cost savings?
