Using the same organization you used in Week 1, write a 1-2 page paper in which you address the following:
- Based on this week’s reading from HR Transformation describing the different strategic roles of HR in an organization, what role does human capital play in your organization’s actual high-level strategy? Is there room for transformation, improvement, or a more thorough integration of HR into the organizational strategy?
- How important do you think organizational core competencies are to this organization’s success, both in general and in achieving its mission?
- What is the relationship between the organization’s culture and its core competencies? Do stronger organizational cultures foster or restrict the development of core competencies?
