The term “social structure” refers to how society is organized, and the types of social institutions that exist within a society How much do you think the social structure influences a persons behavior, beliefs, or sense of identity? Or, in what ways can society help or hurt individuals? (This is a very broad question that can lead to a variety of answers–just go with any example that comes to mind!)
