The textbook describes recommendations on how to study effectively based on memory research (see pages 277-278, but many other examples are described throughout chapter 8). For this assignment, discuss an effective study technique that you have used, and then describe how it is similar to or different from one (or more) of the memory topics described in this chapter. Be sure to identify, by name, which memory topic you are referring to (e.g., self-reference effect, chunking, etc.)
