Is there a clear conclusion to the conundrum of the case resolved in a decisive way that is supported by developed argumentation?

When the substance decays, it triggers the flask of poison which releases a poison of explosion that kills the cat. On the other hand, if it doesn’t decay, the kill remains alive. The decay remained governed by the law of the quantum mechanics which establish that, at first, the atoms are in a combined state of either decaying or not decaying (Peres, 2002). There exists no conscious observer because the lid remains closed hence the result of the whole system has two probabilities including the cat remains both dead and alive………
