The goal of this assignment is to demonstrate your ability to analyze and provide a solution to an ethical leadership case.

The case analysis is to be completed independently. Group work is prohibited.

To complete the assignment, you need to:

Both documents have been provided in the “Case Analysis” assignment folder alongside these instructions.

The assignment will primarily be assessed on your ability to identify and clearly communicate key issues in the case, provide realistic alternative courses of action, justify a central recommendation, develop a realistic implementation plan for your recommendation, and identify key risks accompanied by corresponding contingencies.

Sections 4, 5, and 6 (i.e., the alternatives, recommendation justification, and implementation plan) are assigned the highest point values.
