Undocumented College Students, Taxation, and Financial Aid: A technical Note

In Plyler v Doe Supreme court decision holding that states cannot constitutionally deny students a free public education because of their immigration status. The Court found that any resources which might be saved from excluding undocumented children from public schools far outweighed the harm imposed on society at large by denying them an education.

Do you believe this 1982 Supreme court legal precedence (Plyler v. Doe) should be extended to undocumented students who graduated from high school and intend to attend college to pay in-state tuition? Please justify your response either for or against the idea.
