  • Assess the online experience by evaluating the Web site’s search paths. Are they easy to follow?
  • Look for a typical product on the site and report whether you ever felt lost while navigating.
  • Evaluate the information that you found about the product. Were there delays or a lack of information?
  • Assess the site’s customer service potential by evaluating the number and types of ways that they offer customer service.
    • Do they seem willing and ready to respond to your needs as a customer?
    • Does the site give visitors the opportunity to “talk back?”
  • Assess the site’s trust building by explaining why you would or would not trust the site to keep personal information safe.
    • Would you feel safe making a purchase or other transaction on the site?
    • Why or why not?
