Week 4 Discussion
One aspect of the management process is planning. Planning is setting goals and deciding how to achieve them. Imagine you are the executive assistant to the president of the company, and you are tasked with planning lunch for 20 college presidents in the local area. The only information you were given is one of the participates has a food allergy.
In this discussion you should discuss what you would do to plan the event outlined above. Here are a few things to consider: Where will you host the meeting? How will you figure out who has the food allergy? What is the budget for the meeting? There are many aspects to consider, don’t limit your discussion to the few items listed above.

RE: Week 4 Discussion
Hello everyone,
If I were to be an executive assistant to the president of the company, I would make sure that I have all the neccessary information that I need before planning anything. I would want to know personally everything that this one participate is allergic to, to make sure when I do start planning that this participate has their special dish made for them.
All of the college presidents will have to fill out a basic form with their name on it. That will let us know what they like or don’t like, and if they are allergic to any foods, if so, what it is. Therefore, we will know what to prepare for them all.
I will send emails out informing everyone about the meeting, time, and what it is about. We all will have a virtual meeting. You can use your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer. This will be more convinient just in case some wouldn’t be able to make it to a destination, it will be better to join the meeting from home. The meeting will go over everything the the presidents fill out on the form and about the event. After finding out who it is that’s allergic to certain things, then we can start planning our menu and event accordingly.
