A blog can be a strong tool to “sell” your opinions. But you cannot simply sling opinions to your readers. You must research your topic and give supporting evidence and points to build your case.

In this posting, you will give an opinion on a topic. You must “build a case” and show research that supports your conclusion and opinion. Of course, you want to use respected and reliable sources to support your opinion. You must name and fully identify at least three such sources. Do not use academic-style references; instead, give enough information for your reader to find the sources easily if he or she wants more information. You must give hyperlinks for at least two of these sources. (Use the procedure we have discussed in class for putting hyperlinks behind key words.)
