write a letter for requesting

Hello,

I need to extended my scholarship because I didn’t finish my engineering program. I need an extra extension of scholarship for another 2 years. The normal scholarship that the embassy gives is 4 years. They only gave me scholarship for 2 years and a course.

So, I would like to extend my scholarship and write them a letter.

1) Your letter of request explaining the reasons for the delay in graduation and indicate the terms you are requesting

Please write me a nice convincing letter for my embassy to extend my scholarship to complete my engineering degree. (if u want, you can include in the letter that some of the courses are only once each year.
