Writing Annotated Bibliography

I’m doing a project proposal about UDC security and safety campuses, i will focus on Emergency Call Box/Live Safe app, provided by the university (UDC) However, there is a lack of stakeholder awareness regarding the tools available to them, which lets students to feel unsafe sometimes on campus, so my proposal will focus on the need improve adoption of these tools provided by the university.

So, do annotated Bibliography about the two resource I’m using for my project (use APA format):

-one of the resource I’m using is the UDC website, what is available on the website about Safety and security
