Bonding
I am currently involved in the youth organization at our church congregational. I have been with the group for almost seven years since early retirement from the military. I was a member throughout my entire adolescent and youth stages until I joined the military. Now I rejoined the group to serve in the administrator position and advisor to the youth organization. The bonds we have are beyond the brotherly and sisterly bonds. We have close relationships to all individual and help one another when in need. Sometimes the youth shared their personal problems to us (advisors) in search for the best solution and advise to what they’re dealing with. The group is under the supervision of the congregational administrative aiming to provide youths and young adults spiritual way of life to become a good citizen and utilize their lives in serving God. The group was formed way before I was born and still going strong and together up to this date. Although, members of the groups changes based on personal status, but the group still managed to continue as more people joined.
The main reason the group is still together is because the church congregational is behind it. People are in the congregation encouraged their children to be involved in the youth organization. Group members always displayed support and welcoming affection to newcomers. They guided one another and formed spiritual bonds and encourage others. Spiritual bond is what kept this group going and stay together. As the Bible says “a family that prays together stays together,” (Joshua 24:15, The New King James Version). The group considered as one family and respectively utilized their lives in serving God.
Even though the group was formed in religious circumstances, relation tensions has always appeared from different directions. Just like any other group with large number of people and members changes frequently, tension will always appear among group members. Relational tensions can include personality issues, emotional conflicts, and people-oriented challenges within the group (Argosy University, 2018). These tensions have happened and will occur in the future, luckily we have a system within the congregation to resolve these issues when it appears. When tension occurs, the youth organization administrator and advisors will attempt to resolve the issue. If this approach fail, the Pastor and the congregational administrator involves. We never leave any stone unturned, we will continue to seek help and a solution to a problem. Fortunately, the Samoan cultural values are supporting and helping us in resolving these types of issues. The Samoan custom and tradition to encourage and enforce the young generation to respect their elders. In this procedure, the youth must respect and obey what the elders, Pastors, Chiefs, Parents, or anyone in the congregation is saying.

POST 2:
Group bonding has been of significance in my life for I have been in a team Olympics group. The group has been undertaking sporting activities which engages around fifteen people. Team Olympic encourages physical activities and also movement. It is because it makes the involved member engage in activities which foster competition after subdivision of the group members. The activities involved differ in terms of duration. Some of activities take within a short period of time and it becomes of significance since it helps members be able to have time management. Due to competition, all people have interests of becoming winners. Also, playing of games in a group increases the thinking capability of an individual. In my own perspective, I joined the group to have fun, have physical fitness, have a good social relation and also have an active sporting life.
Team Olympic has been having a cohesion bond since all activities which are undertaken requires people work together. Working together increases the bondage level since people have to help each other. In activities such as team building, all members join hands together to assist the community which strengthens the bondage in between the group. It involves movement in various areas where all member’s help the less privileged in the society. With such activities, the group has been having bondage that keeps on growing fonder. To date, team Olympic is of existence and it has projects which are underway and have made the society be more concerned. A large number of people conduct researches on how team Olympic carries out various activities and it leads to recommendations of other people joining the group or form such an interesting group.

As you work in the human service profession, you will inevitably come across clients in public settings. Family members or friends may be with you when a client greets you. They may be inclined to ask, “Who is that?”
Knowing that you must always protect your client’s confidentiality, discuss how will respond to situations where a client may engage you in a public place. What are your options? Can you think of any other scenarios where you might feel uncomfortable seeing a client? Be specific. Give examples.

Your proposed GUI design has been approved by management. Management is confident that this will help them determine the effectiveness of their sales force. They are ready to have you implement the GUI. Before designing the application further, they want to first have the GUI implemented to perform very basic functionality. As you progress through the assignments, your submission will culminate in a Final Key Assignment.
Application Requirements:
Implement the Swing application using the GUI you designed in the Phase 1 Discussion Board. The user will have to enter the following data items:
Include a QUIT button to exit the application and an ENTER button that causes the sales representative’s data to be retrieved from the GUI components and submitted to the application. The sales representative’s data will echo to the jTextArea each time the ENTER button is pressed.
Your application should be thoroughly commented.

Read the attached letter written by Thomas Hutchinson, Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts in 1765.
Are the actions depicted by the colonists justified, or are their actions more indicative of a disorganized mob? Make an argument that takes one side or the other. Do NOT attempt to argue both sides, and do not give me a summary of the letter.
To do well on this assignment, I recommend completing the assigned textbook readings, taking some time to process the letter and the question, and then writing your response in YOUR OWN WORDS. I am interested in YOUR thoughts only. Of course, those thoughts should reflect that you’re a student of history.
You should write a response based on your readings that is a minimum of 150 words.
please follow the instructions very carefully, and you will find it in the upload files
You will find the two files are important to the assignment
