I need someone to create a pamphlet ( 8 ½ x 11, double-sided tri-fold pamphlet with appropriate graphics) that can be given to families dealing with elder care needs. You will need to present and explain five common concerns or considerations that families need to address. This can include establishing end-of-life requests and advance directives, determining who will provide financial support, who will be the primary caregiver, where will the elder relative live, and what types of services might be available in the community to assist families dealing with caring for an older adult.
