In a paper, develop a discussion regarding environmental quality deterioration. Include the following in your summary: Analyze the problem and determine reasons for the      declining quality air, water, and land in rural areas. Describe the role that government should play in      dealing with these issues. Determine to what degree planners should account for      environmental issues apart from those required by law and EPA regulations?
