https://hbr.org/2002/07/just-in-time-delivery-come…

please read it properly and answer these questions:

  1. Identify the business problem(s), the chosen solution, and the obstacles that had to be overcome to accomplish the solution. Be sure to include details of any new system(s) that were necessary to implement the solution. Essentially tell us what was wrong, how they knew it, and what they had to do solve it.
  2. Identify the communications problem(s), the chosen solution, and the obstacles that had to be overcome to accomplish the solution that was implemented. Discuss the kinds of communications that were necessary to both understand the problem and to implement a solution. What kinds of messages had to be conveyed? Who is the audience for all of this – or are there multiple audiences and messages? How might Bolman and Deal’s four frames theory be of help in understanding this problem and the messaging the participants undertook?
  3. Identify the management of information and technology problem(s), the chosen solution, and the obstacles that had to be overcome to accomplish the solution. What went into creating this solution and what problems were encountered along the way and in the solutions? Essentially tell us what they had to do.

So, the paper will consist of these sections: an introduction and at least three key sections:

  • Introduction: Describe the overall problem and why it is a problem, who the key players are in the situation, how they knew the problem existed, and the intended solution.
  • Three Component Parts of the Problem
    • The business problem section.
    • The communication problem section.
    • The management of information problem section.
  • Use the readings from this week as well as any other sources to support and explain your insights. You may use the information you discussed in the Discussion Forum Week 5 as well.
  • The paper should be formatted according to APA or MLA including a works cited or references page.
  • The paper should be professionally written, well crafted, grammatically correct, and spelling error free.

Mini-Lesson Plans

Using your practicum observations, compare and contrast how the observed classroom teachers implemented literacy strategies to support reading in the classroom. Explain how you might facilitate the same strategies in your future classroom.

Select three literacy strategies from your coursework. After critiquing each strategy, create three mini-lesson plans that describe the implementation of the strategies you chose for your specific content area and educational environment. Remember to consider the diversity of your students. Lesson Plan templates are located in the Student Success Center.

****Discussion Board: 600-800 word response. Please include references.****

The firm looks for ways to offset the domestic downturn in sales, Deborah, the CEO of your company, wants to determine if a global strategy is a good fit for the organization. She has designated you as the manager for this project. You will work with your team to develop a global marketing plan for your organization.

You begin your research in deciding if and what the global strategy should be. You get your team together and begin to discuss a plan on how you will research this possibility.

You start the meeting by saying “Let’s brainstorm and start to get a plan together for a possible globalization strategy. Tiffany, I’d like you work with me to begin researching possible locations.”

Tiffany says, “I think we need to research some locations, but I think there is more to it than that. There still needs to be a decision on the type of strategy or approach we are taking. Would we use a multidomestic approach, a global approach, or a transnational approach? I’m still not entirely convinced a global strategy is the answer.”

“Great point, Tiffany. It is obvious to me as well that we need to explore a strategy that will put us in a better position to handle the economic downturn. We have to provide the board with the facts. They seem to be leaning in the direction of a global strategy, but I’m not sure it’s the right move either. That’s why we need to do research.”

Discuss the following:

  • How do you define a global strategy?
  • Are there other international strategies, and how do they differ?
  • Identify a minimum of 3 possible countries and location options for globalization. Research each of these locations in the furniture industry, and document both the pros and cons of using these in global strategy.
  • What country would you choose? What evidence can you provide in support of your choice?
  • What evidence might somebody else, who does not agree with you, provide to support his or her choice?
  • What could you tell somebody else to show he or she is wrong?
