Fixing a paragraph.

I need to fix one paragraph, I need some more of a business perspective on how soon the I will accomplish.

this is the question of the paragraph that needs to be fixed.

Who do you need to include in your anticipated proposal? How will you approach them? What are some of their gains and losses in collaborating?

This is the Paragraph.

I will
include my parents so that they can fund me during the proposal writing period.
Moreover, the chancellor of our university will permit me and give me a way
forward to move on with my proposal. A manager from a recognized solar panel
company who will provide me with enough information regarding solar panels. My
professor to give me directions on how I will write the proposal. Approaching
them is a simple process in which the first step is explaining to them the aim
of my proposal so that they can support me through it (Terrell, 2015). There
some gains in collaborating in research, like through group work, it helps in
incorporating more points about research. It helps to finish the research in
time due to group work, and funding of the project becomes more tranquil as
individuals will contribute equally. They are losses of collaborating, which
includes some members not cooperating in the work hence acting as free riders.

and I will attach the group work so that can help u to write a good paragraph.

Art History: How To Create An Abstract Painting Movement

How To Create An Abstract Painting Movement

Mission:

You work for the government of a small country ravished by the forces of globalization. Most of your country’s artists have emigrated to faraway metropolitan art centers. Sophisticated art was produced in your land long ago, but all of the finest works of this art have been exported on the international art market. Native cultural traditions have degenerated to clichéd tourist souvenirs and the only local artists left are Andy Warhol wannabes. Your boss, the Minister of Culture has asked you to write a report titled “How To Create an Indigenous Abstract Painting Movement: Lessons From Rufino Tamayo, V.S.Gaitonde, and Sadamasa Motonaga” (I recommend that you change this title to better reflect your recommendation) to provide stimulating models for local artists to create a sense of indigenous artistic identity.
Guidelines:
Write a 4-page ( that is approximately 1600 words at 1.5 space) paper offering at least three suggestions for how to create an indigenous painting movement. Consider artistic strategies that individual painters could use as well as policies that government officials could implement. Use at least three examples of paintings that demonstrate your suggestions, one from each of the following: Tamayo, Gaitonde, Motonaga. Cite the painting accurately by artist, title, medium (e.g., oil on canvas), and date. Include at least six brief quotations from the sources listed below (including at least one source from each of the three texts). Use the quotations to explain your suggestions. Indicate the source of the quotation by author and page number in parenthesis. For example: (Indych-López, p.350). Make sure your writing is concise and understandable.

Homeland Security Future and Evolving Challenges

write 400–600 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.

This Discussion Board will examine developing and future threats and challenges that will affect the homeland security (HLS) enterprise (global Jihad, megadisasters, cyber, climate change, arctic policy, piracy, small vessel security, nodes of radicalization, pandemic, immigration, maritime, and insider threat) and look at developing a vision for sustaining the efforts into the future. The intersection of globalization and technology in the 21st century created an uncertain environment in the post-Cold War era. The homeland security enterprise was not borne out of thoughtful strategic introspection after the end of the Cold War, but rather it was more of a reaction forced upon the nation by the 9/11 attacks. Even then, the focus remained on a single issue, terrorism, until the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 opened the aperture of the nascent enterprise to a wider view: the realization that there are multiple threats from man and nature that can bring the nation to its knees. You will be expected to use prior course work research to provide insightful proposals for adapting the Enterprise to future challenges and to develop a vision for the future. Discuss the following:

  • How does terrorism stack against other manmade and natural threats? Should the United States continue its approach to counterterrorism?
  • How would you optimize the homeland security enterprise for the challenges and threats of the 21st century?
  • What should be the essential elements of a homeland security enterprise vision?
  • Provided 4 references in APA format

Questions: As illustrated in the film The House I Live In, what are the major factors that contribute to drug use and sales? In what ways are both drugs and the war on drugs destructive for the individual and the community? What are some major inconsistencies in the drug laws that were exposed in the film, and how do experts in law enforcement and the courts perceive these inconsistencies? How does the film represent multiple political perspectives?

Assignment 2: Position Paper Two – Media and Society

Again, imagine that you are running for a state office (e.g., governor, senator, or Congressional representative) and you have to prepare a position paper for a debate on controversial issues in the news. Remember that you are addressing a significant segment of your state’s population and you want to be elected to public office, so your topic will have to have a broad appeal, such as public trust and the media, the loss of privacy, safeguarding the First Amendment, online harassment, and the dangers of privatizing public information, among other topics from those chapters.

You will want your position paper to demonstrate critical thinking, sound logic, valid claims, personal passion, and credible support that is cited correctly because the paper will be provided to the news media before the debate and will be scrutinized by the media and reported on regarding these criteria.

Write a two to three (2-3) page (500 to 750 words) paper in which you:

  1. Introduce your position using a thesis statement in the first paragraph, including a quote, question, or statistic from your reliable sources and an overview of the main points you will cover. (It’s important to grab the audience’s interest and inform the audience of what the main and support points are.)
  2. Provide two or three (2-3) major points to support your thesis statement. (Put each major point in a separate paragraph.)
  3. Provide one (1) paragraph in which you identify and answer an expected argument against your view.
  4. Organize arguments and support your claims effectively.
  5. Demonstrate personal passion for your position and critical thinking with persuasive language, sound logic, valid claims, and credible support for the claims.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

  • Be typed, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references.
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

Are There Medical Benefits To Cloning ?

COLLAPSE

I am taking the side of Robbie McKie, who supports cloning for medical benefit research, To many people the idea of cloning themselves is completely ridiculous and completely terrifying if you have seen any scary or sci fi movie. Some people argue that cloning of human beings is unethical because it deprives human being’s uniqueness and brings social issues. Technology is advancing every single day and cloning oneself can be useful.

There is a verse in the Bible that talks about cloning and that is Genesis 2:7 – And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Cloning is a similar process you are taking a piece of you to preserve and use when it is needed.

Human cloning has been used to produce early embryos, marking a significant step for medicine, say US scientists. With the cloned embryos they can be used as a source of stem cells, which can make new heart muscle, bone, brain tissue or any other type of cell in the body. Benefits of human cloning can bring huge benefits to medical treatments such as organ cloning and fertility problems by promoting scientific progress.

Particularly, organ cloning provides great chances for those people who need organs. We all know or have experienced how hard it is to get an organ donor and one that is a good match because if the match is not problems will arise.

With human cloning that wait time gets cut in half and the problems lessen. Secondly, cloning can help infertile couples to have their own children so that they do not have to use other people’s sperm or eggs thhere is so much that can be done with human cloning the benefits are right therw and with good researches and even better technology much more can be possible.

About Cloning for Medical Benefit

COLLAPSE

I personally am against human cloning, I feel as if it takes away the personal aspect of say for example having a child. However if the purpose is to be used medically then I can see how this standpoint would make more sense but still I would have to be against it. The chances of surviving are very low and I just really don’t see that it is worth it at that point. I would also like to point out that this takes away the work of our Creator by allowing us to do the work by ourselves, I feel like at this point, we are just playing God… If that makes sense, I feel like we are saying that we need to be in control and that we can’t wait for the results that we want or that we feel like we won’t be satisfied with what God gives us. “What about an unsuccessful clone? Dolly was one out of 277 tries. What possible misadventure would be created? Who would be responsible? Suppose the misadventure procreates?!” (Bible scripture.net) The success rate of a clone experiment is very low and I don’t see a time that it is worth it unless it is completely the only way to save someones life and if they have consented to this procedure. “It is argued that cloning runs counted to the Biblical teaching that human-kind is made in the image of God. Cloning would divorce procreation from loving sexual union and generate a disturbing discontinuity in sibling and parental relationships, thereby undermining family and social structures” (Jubilee Center, 2001) This seems to speak to exactly what I am thinking, it just feels wrong, it really seems like we don’t need to be messing around with what God has placed. Of course it all depends on the circumstance given but for the most part I would say that it is not the way to go. Here is a verse from the Bible that I know of that will support my stance of human cloning being wrong to mess with: Psalm 139:13-16 talks all about how the Lord has knitted us together with His own hands and how we are created in His image. I think that this is a beautiful verse that shows us just how beautiful each and every one of our individual life are in the eyes of the Lord, He has created us like no other.

Outline Revision

I need a specific problem statement and narrow it down to a specific topic but with want to use my work that has been turned in.

Professors feedback on what I turned in so need to really get this corrected and turned in

Hi Lethon,

You have still not limited the scope in your specific problem sentence. You really need to read the paper on writing effective problem sentences and work out how to address this. How is that document asking you to limit the scope?

Here is the example that the professor please just use for a reference.

I have copied the relevant section of the White Paper on writing problem statements for you below. You definitely need to be able to do this in order to make the transition from student to doctoral candidate 🙂

Please understand that the ‘business industry’ does not have any meaning because ‘business’ is not an industry. I agree that we are very late in the course for you to still be working on Task 1 but until you submit a problem statement that meets the requirements for the assignment this is where we are.

Let me know if you have any specific questions that I can respond to regarding the development of a specific problem sentence.

Dr. Moore 🙂

The specific problem to be addressed is ______________ within the _____________ resulting in ____________.

The specific problem must be a narrowly focused subset of the general problem that is practical to study within the constraints of the program. In the example we are using, the researcher is not trying to study the entire world of organizations and leaders, just a subset that will give insight into the entire world. In the examples below, the specific problem starts with the same words as the general problem like the first one or a subset of the problem like the last two:

  • The specific problem to be addressed is the failure of leaders to gain employee support for new initiatives…
  • The specific problem to be addressed is the failure of leaders to gain executive level support for new initiatives…
  • The specific problem to be addressed is the failure of leaders to gain executive level support for new product development initiatives…

The focus (within the…) could be based upon an industry, a region, an industry within a region, etc. The determining factor is making it narrow enough to study but broad enough provide enough data for the study:

·… within the high-tech electronics industry resulting in…

·… within the south-western United States resulting in…

·… within the retail clothing industry in the southeastern United States resulting in…

The last part of the specific problem should restate the results from the general problem or a subset of the results from the general problem:

·… resulting in the inability of organizations to make critical changes.

·… resulting in the inability of the organization to make critical product line changes.

Putting all of the pieces above together into a single sentence: The specific problem to be addressed is the failure of leaders to gain executive level support for new product development initiatives within the retail clothing industry in the southeastern United States resulting in the inability of organizations to carry out critical product line changes.
