Producing and marketing a product without regard to ethical, legal, and social considerations is detrimental to the overall success of any company.

Assess in a maximum of 700 words the ethical, legal, and social issues affecting your product or service in two markets: the United States and one international market. Domestic market generally means the market where the company headquarters are located. If you choose a domestic market that is not the U.S., then your other market is required to be the U.S. marketplace. This will be added to the Target Market section of your Marketing Plan.

Include the following:

• Develop a process to monitor and control marketing performance. This process could be a flowchart but a flowchart is not required (flowcharts do not count towards your word count requirement).

Formulate a maximum 350-word executive summary including at a minimum the following elements to include in your marketing plan:

• Projected Outcomes

Integrate the previous weeks’ sections, and incorporate corrections and suggestions from the instructor’s weekly feedback. The marketing plan should contain elements from each week of the course, including:

• Understanding Target Markets (Week 2)
• Promotion and the Product Life Cycle (Week 3)
• Price and Channel Strategy (Week 4)
• Marketing Communication and Brand Strategy (Week 5)
• Executive Summary, Legal, Social and Ethical Considerations (Week 6)

It would be very beneficial if whoever submits a bid for this question has had experience with a Business Strategy Game (BSG) Simulation. The questions and requirements following are reflective of BSG results. ***Attached is the rubric for this assignment***

Directions: Consider your BSG operations and in a 1200-1500 word paper discuss the following:

1. What was your company approach to workforce compensation?
2. What evidence indicates your company’s workforce compensation strategy worked, for example, has your company’s compensation approach actually boosted productivity?
3. What evidence indicates productivity gains resulted in adjusted labor costs?
4. Was your workforce compensation approach successful, explain?
5. What is your plan for improvement?
6. Format your paper according to APA 6th ed. Include two or more references.

In a few sentences, please respond to each of the following questions. Up to 10 points can be earned for a completed assignment, with partial credit available for incomplete responses.

• Discuss the significance of first impressions, the fundamental attribution error, and the correspondence bias
• Describe the factors that influence attitude formation and the role of cognitive dissonance

• Describe each of the factors that influence attraction
• Discuss how altruistic behaviors are influenced versus situations where aggression and deindividuation occurs

Riding With the Field Training Officer.
You are a rookie police officer and are riding with a field training officer (FTO). During your shift the FTO stops at a convenience store and quickly drinks four beers in the back room of the store. He is visibly affected by the beers and the smell of alcohol is very noticeable. The store is located adjacent to a wooded area where there is a homeless encampment. The FTO states to you that he plans on dealing with the homeless and their vagrancy once and for all. He opens the trunk of the police cruiser and retrieves a pepper-ball gun, a non-lethal weapon that fires plastic projectiles that burst on impact and emit an irritant. He walks over to the edge of the encampment and begins firing the pepper balls at the camp, ordering the homeless to disperse. Many of the homeless people are sleeping and not resisting. There are also a few children present.

Based on the above scenario, determine what you would do in this situation.by addressing the following in your main post:
Articulate the basis for your action or inaction in the scenario.
Explain the possible departmental and individual implications based on your decision.
Describe an ethical dilemma criminal justice professionals face when witnessing misconduct by supervisors.
Evaluate how police misconduct can lead to human rights violations.

Second, Complete a 1-2 page case write up of the Netflix case (paste it here – do NOT upload a file). Questions you might cover include (but are not limited to):

1. How was Netflix able to disrupt the U.S. home entertainment industry?
2. How did Netflix’s business change over time?
3. How did IT enable Netflix’s strategy in each of its different strategic forms (e.g., DVD by mail, streaming, etc.)
4. How did/do network effects impact Netflix’s strategy/performance?
5. Is Netflix a pipeline or platform structure?
6. This case was published in 2017. What are new threats that have emerged since then that Netflix must respond to?
7. Is IT still a differentiator for Netflix? Was it ever?
8. Based upon the competitive environment in 2019, what should Netflix’s primary strategy be regarding content creation, licensing, and delivery?

Be sure to look at this through the lens of the five forces, long tail, and platform frameworks. Which one is the most relevant? Which the least?

You do NOT have to answer all of the questions above. Your write up should be your write up, with your findings.
