This weeks case is the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

The Case summary is seeking you to provide an overview of the case to include key facts and issues that were discovered. Provide a clear picture of the case and identify the forensic work that was done.

Here are the guidelines:

Case analysis is asking you to identify who you believe the killer was in the case and to list at least five reasons for your selection to include what evidence you believe points to that individual and why.

Finally, in the Executive decision you are to take on the role of the lead investigator and write out your debrief for your team. In this you will identify the good work that was done correctly and the mistakes that were made. You will include a plan on how to overcome the mistakes and to assure that they are not repeated in the future.

Remember to cite your source and to assure that your responses are comprehensive and completely provide all the information being sought.

Preparation is key to any good research paper and presentation. Next week, you will be creating your Final Paper and Presentation. It is important to begin gathering your information and sources to fulfill this project successfully. For your Final Paper, you will be designing a training module proposal (not a full training module). The title of this training module is “The Importance of Understanding Your Learners’ Needs”. Essentially, you will be proposing the information you would include for assisting managers gain knowledge in how to meet the learning needs of their departmental employees.

Based on your developed knowledge about learning theory, this week you will be developing the “bones” for your final paper/presentation. Thus, you are organizing the information you will apply and fully develop next week, as well as, confirm your understanding of each area of content to be included.

Required elements:

1. Explain Behaviorism, Cognitivism, Constructivism, and Humanism as applied to learning.

A unique part of your experience as a student at Colorado Christian University is that the University presents courses and course content in light of a biblical worldview. Foundational to understanding a biblical worldview is understanding the message and purpose of Scripture. In our discussion this week, we asked you to practice applying Scripture to key words and topics. This is something that you will be asked to do throughout your time at CCU.

But, as in anything that you read, understanding the context is everything. Your reading in Bickel and Jantz (1998) this week also gives you a broad, sweeping view of the context of Scripture. After reading the story of the Bible in this format (with the five “acts”), answer the following questions in a question and answer format, but be sure to use complete sentences and check your spelling and grammar prior to submitting.
