There is a sense that unspecified codes will corrupt the reliability of the data we compile based on these codes. Do you agree with this statement and support your agreement or disagreement. Accuracy should be at the forefront when submitting a CMS-1500 claim form for reimbursement. Discuss some of the reasons a claim can be rejected or denied. Additionally, identify steps you would take to make sure that you follow all of the billing guidelines for submitting your CMS-1500 claim form for reimbursement

Politicians have a strong incentive to follow a strategy that will enhance their chances of getting elected and re-elected. Political competition more or less forces them to focus on how their actions influence their support among voters and political contributors.

What is market failure, and what kinds of things can lead to market failure? What is government failure? Can government failure lead to market failure?

Review concepts like shortsightedness and rent seeking. What are the effects of government intervention in markets with some of the price regulations like price floors and price ceilings we discussed in chapter 4?

Cell Cycle and Cancer

Modification to our DNA sequences during cell reproduction can result from a number of potential influences (environmental or genetic). These modifications can lead to genetic mutations and cell cycle disruption. In your discussion, discuss the events leading to a potential mutation and the process of genetic change as it relates to cancer progression.

This is an opportunity to really dissect what you have or are thinking about writing, so be as honest as possible with your responses. That is the best way to help shape your narrative and the controlling idea that should be driving it.

The Unforeseen Event

Even with the best of planning, life happens. Similar to last week, you will meet four hypothetical students who are attending ABC University. An unforeseen event happens to each one of them, and this event causes issues in their courses.

Read each scenario and then:

1. Determine which student is the most likely to successfully navigate the unforeseen event and be able to remain in school. Explain why you selected that student.
2. Explain what behaviors or characteristics were problematic before the unforeseen event and how those behaviors/characteristics may have contributed to a harder challenge for them to navigate.
3. Identify the behaviors/characteristics/circumstances that were helpful to the student as the unforeseen event occurred.
