Your supervisor has asked to you write a brief email on the vacation
policy changes to be distributed to staff. You will need to listen to a
voice mail from your supervisor with instructions on how to create the
email to announce the new vacation policy. The voice mail will include
specific details that must be followed in creating the email. This audio
voice mail can be found in your course shell.

Create an email message in which you:

1. Listen to your supervisor’s voice mail here.
2. Create a one to two (1-2) paragraph email with five to seven (5-7) sentences that follows your supervisor’s instructions.

Any discussion of covert action tends to evoke conversations regarding ethics, long-term effects, risk analysis, the value and benefits, and the inevitable justification for some policy option that exists somewhere between gentleman’s diplomacy and killing each other to get what we want. The nature of covert action also presents some unique conflicts of interest. Those who recommend and carry out covert action also are responsible for painting the justification for the covert action–and there is very little oversight. It has been, rightly or wrongly, characterized as giving the prisoners keys to the prison.

   Due Week 5 and worth 125 points Using your thesis statement and research, present the problem that needs to be addressed with your proposed solution. Note: Your solution, advantages, and challenges, will be in Parts 2 and 3. You are only detailing the problem and making sure the reader thoroughly understands the need to read the next two (2) parts of your paper.Write a three to four (3-4) page draft in which you:
   1. Provide an appropriate title and an interesting opening paragraph to appeal to your stated audience (appeal with logic, ethics, or emotion).

   3. Describe the history and status of the issue and provide an overview of the problem(s) that need to be addressed.
